RTHM, a leader in pioneering research and remote care for individuals with Long COVID, ME/CFS, and other co-occurring conditions, sought to establish a digital ecosystem that connected patients, providers, and researchers. We helped them create an engaging integrated patient-physician ecosystem.
Topflight focused on creating an MVP that would allow patients to monitor their conditions, track symptoms, and follow treatment plans. Providers, on the other hand, could diagnose and recommend treatment based on patients' PHI from the dashboard. We also facilitated the integration with major EHRs, frameworks, and third-party services, which normalized health data flow across multiple health and fitness ecosystems such as Apple Health and Google Fit.
Constructing a solid MVP to gain traction with patients.
Implementing a no-code/low-code infrastructure for rapid pivoting.
Ensuring strong security in line with HIPAA guidelines.
Integrating with third-party services for automated data analysis and normalization across multiple health and fitness ecosystems such as Apple Health and Google Fit.
Coordinating with RTHM's team to integrate our custom-built mobile patient application with their no-code back-end platform for physicians.
Ongoing collaboration with RTHM on further integrations, automation, and interface innovations.
As Ryan Kellogg, CEO and cofounder of RTHM, commended, "The team was well-rounded and had strong problem-solving skills. They were easy to work with and responsive." Today, RTHM's digital ecosystem stands as a testament to our joint efforts, offering a trusted ally for patients and physicians in their daily lives and leading to improved collection of actionable health data.
